Contact FAQ

How quickly does Louis Martin respond to inquiries?
We typically respond within 24 hours. Call (631) 898-4249, Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 9 PM Eastern.
Can I visit you in person?
Our East Northport facility handles shipping only and is not open to visitors. To see pieces in person, meet us at one of the gun and knife shows we attend (see the events page), or call (631) 898-4249, Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 9 PM Eastern.
What information should I include in my inquiry?
The more detail the better. Include the knife type you're interested in, your preferred blade steel (Damascus, high-carbon, stainless), handle material, blade length, and intended use. This helps us give you the most accurate response.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering?
Yes — we have a dedicated wholesale inquiry page at /custom-wholesale-order/ for bulk orders. Minimum order quantities and lead times vary by knife type. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
